The book “Eurasia” contained the materials of the conference and the printing materials of the largest international companies on the most urgent problems of the logistics sector in Eurasia. The book included the following sections:
• Air cargo
• Road transportation
• Rail transportation
• Sea shipping
• Oversized cargo transportation
• Automotive logistics
• Logistics & distribution
• Customs procedures in Eurasia
• Transport infrastructure (ports, airports, terminals)
• Financing the transport infrastructure development
• Insurance, leasing and financial tools of transport companies’ development
The book was published in three languages, Russian, English and German, the work languages of EURASIA conference.
Along with its distribution during the conference, the book “Eurasia” was distributed among the delegates and visitors of the exhibition “Transport Logistic” during the entire event from 12 to 15 May 2009. Over 47 000 specialists visited Transport Logistic 2007, 1582 booths were organized. Over 300 delegates participated in the conference on the opening day of the exhibition.
